We at Finvillage.com want to create a safe and encouraging place for all members. One of the ways to make this possible is to make a safe trading environment for buyers and sellers. As a result we are serious when it comes to non-paying buyers and sellers who do not follow through on sales.

Sellers are encouraged to report non-paying buyers using the 'abuse report' form in the auction section 'My account' column or by clicking here -> Click

When we receive the abuse report, 1) we will investigate the report, 2) Ask buyer to pay seller immediately. If seller or Finvillage.com does not hear from the buyer/winning bidder within 7 days, we will ban the buyer/winning bidder from doing any activity at Finvillage.com. If the buyer does not pay due to a dispute, we will investigate it further and refer the case to an on line arbitrator/mediator. Buyer and seller will have to bare any arbitration fees.

Seller reserves the right to leave negative feedback/comments for buyer.

Finvillage.com reserves the right to report non-paying buyers and sellers, who do not follow through on sales, to on line reputation management data bases.
