Is there any type of livebearer that is hardy yet doesn't eat its fry?

There are cetain livebearers that don't enjoy attending their own fries "fish fry." My personal favorite that fits both of your requirements is the black bellied limia.

As long as you keep your livebearers well fed and I would recommend feeding live foods--- you8 shouldn't have any problems. Also, give your fry lots of places to hide by putting java moss and/or java fern in their tank.
