Supplies available at lower bulk prices

Bulk order disbursement to get portions at low bulk prices without taking on overstock.Products will be based on the availability at stated price. Newer stock may have higher prices involved.

Any member can disburse a bulk shipment as long as they have an accurate weighing scale and willing to repackage the bulk item. Recommended cost configuration is "per oz. net weight" or "per dozen" as in live plants and such (meaning less weight of packaging)

Group buys should be pre priced to see if value is better than what is already available elsewhere. This doesn't justify post order cancellation without being charged a fee.Remember you are here to support a group that will have better buying power, even in future transactions.

Any "for sale" item purchased in quantity for a lower price is considered a bulk item. The distributor of the bulk item is to market the item by defining the cost savings to the other members, such as cost/once or cost/dozen, etc..

All pre order signups/commitments for quantity and price will be configured on Group Forum, and final sale will be configured in auction; shipping/handling will be the responsability of the consumer(receiver) of the goods. It is recommended that commitments/payments are made prior to the actual bulk order, so disbursement is in a timely manner.

The distributor can determine how many divisions of the bulk product will be made, for its their labor that will enable this transaction.

Sales are on a first come, first serve basis; not on a favorite member basis. Reservations in Forum will be considered a sale and buyer will be responsible in the event of cancellation. We do not want to hold up orders for people who are unsure; commitments should be made asap.

The distributor of the bulk item must disclose added fees and cost configuration at the time of signup/payment.

Post bulk order cancellations will incur a 5% restocking/return fee to deter leftover stock.Perishable items can incur a 10% fee if the expiration is that critical, such as live or
frozen foods.

Distributor is to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit with good packaging and that the product is in good quality and condition for selling purposes.Sizes, quality, quantity and condition must be explicitly stated before sale is taken place to avoid dissatisfaction and disputes.

Interactions between members should be friendly and civil. If disputes occur, I will intermediate until we find a solution.
